The fine print, in plain air.

Last updated · July 2026 · plain-English edition

SkyWrite is a drone-powered aerial skywriting service produced by NIRO Corp (Atlanta, GA). Submitting a request through smokemsg.com does not reserve a flight; a flight is only approved in writing after availability, airspace, weather, crew, and equipment review. Payment is accepted only through a personalized Stripe Checkout link or invoice issued after that review. These terms are written in plain English on purpose.

1 · The show depends on the sky

2 · Where and when we fly

3 · Requests, approval, and payment

4 · Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

See the complete refund and rescheduling policy before paying.

5 · Your message

6 · Photos of the show

If our crew films or photographs your show, we may ask to feature it in our portfolio. We'll ask first — private moments stay private if you say so.

7 · The honest legal bit

These terms are a plain-language working agreement, not exhaustive legal boilerplate. The written booking confirmation identifies the show-specific scope and cancellation schedule, but it cannot reduce rights that applicable law gives you. Questions, special requirements, or anything unclear — email jesse@niroaerial.com before paying and we'll put it in writing.
