Agreement
These terms apply when you use the SkyWrite website, submit an inquiry, request a quote, or book a SkyWrite aerial message or related production service from NIRO Corp or its operating partners.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is not confirmed until SkyWrite accepts the event details and receives any required deposit or payment. Dates, locations, message length, production scope, and pricing may require written confirmation before a show is scheduled.
Airspace, safety, and weather
All shows are subject to weather, airspace authorization, venue rules, operational safety limits, and applicable aviation requirements. SkyWrite may delay, modify, relocate, reschedule, or decline a show when conditions are unsafe or approvals are not available.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue contacts, timing needs, message text, permissions, and access instructions. You must have the right to request any names, logos, marks, or messages you ask SkyWrite to display.
Content and message approval
SkyWrite may reject messages that are unsafe, unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, obscene, or inconsistent with aviation or venue requirements. We may also suggest edits for length, visibility, timing, or safety.
Media delivery
Packages that include video or photo delivery are produced from available flight and camera conditions. Delivery timelines are estimates unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, credits, and cancellation timing are handled under the posted Refund Policy unless a signed written agreement states different terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SkyWrite is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where the law does not allow that limit.
