Booking deposits
Some bookings require a deposit to reserve planning time, crew availability, production work, and airspace coordination. The remaining balance is due according to the written booking confirmation.
Customer cancellations
- More than 30 days before the show: eligible payments may be refunded, minus any non-recoverable processing or production costs already approved in writing.
- 30 to 7 days before the show: deposits may be held as a credit toward a future SkyWrite booking.
- Within 7 days of the show: payments are generally non-refundable because crew, production, and logistics have already been committed.
Weather and safety rescheduling
If weather, airspace, venue conditions, or safety restrictions prevent a show, SkyWrite will work with you to reschedule at no additional scheduling charge. Replacement dates depend on crew availability, approvals, and location.
Custom production costs
Custom design work, route planning, permitting, travel, special equipment, and third-party costs may be non-refundable once started or committed.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times vary by provider.
